OREANDA-NEWS. March 01, 2012. The Board of Directors of PJSC EMAlliance has passed a resolution on changing the composition of the Company Management Board.

Pursuant to the above resolution the following persons have been elected as members of the Management Board:

Sergei Toropov - Director General of PJSC EMALliance,

Alexey Zemtsov - Deputy HR Director General, of PJSC Kaluga Turbine Works,

Yuri Kolesnikov - Purchasing Director of OJSC Power Machines,

Yuri Petrenya - Deputy Director General – Technical Director of OJSC Power Machines,

Evgeny Pishchikov - Deputy Business Support Director of OJSC Power Machines,

Roman Serikov - Head of Legal Directorate Department of OJSC Power Machines,

Vadim Chechnev - Economy and Finance Director of OJSC Power Machines.

Resolution on new appointments will become effective on February 15, 2012.

The above resolution has been passed in accordance with the agreement reached between OJSC Power Machines and Auburn Investments Limited on acquisition by OJSC Power Machines of the stake in PJSC EMAlliance.
