OREANDA-NEWS. March 01, 2012. The Rosatom State Corporation’s Public Reporting Committee approved the concept of the 2011 annual public report that is being prepared by the JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX). In line with the endorsed concept, the priority theme of the annual report will be “New Challenges – New Solutions”. The report will describe in detail the results of TENEX activities in the previous year and outline the future plans formed in response to the post-Fukushima situation in the global nuclear power. Special emphasis will be made on the customer-oriented approach and reliability of supplies promoted by TENEX.

Previously the concept of the Company report on the results of 2011 activities was approved during the first dialogue with a wide group of the main stakeholders that was held in the questioning format from January 13 through 20, 2012. Representatives of Rosatom State Corporation, JSC ARMZ, JSC TVEL and affiliated uranium enrichment facilities, representatives from overseas partner companies and TENEX subsidiaries, regulators, NGO’s and mass media have expressed their views on the subject. During the report preparation two more dialogues with stakeholders are planned where such topics as “Flexibility of business approaches under new conditions and ensuring reliability of supplies” and “Focus on new markets and new marketing instruments” will be discussed. Public consultations on the report with its public assurance are planned to be held in late April 2012

Since 2009 TENEX, one of the key entities of the Rosatom State Corporation, has been involved into the project on creating the nuclear industry’s public reporting system.
