OREANDA-NEWS. February 29, 2012. POJSEB "Trustbank" held a training school "Experience and prospects of the retail business for 2012-2014" at the Hotel "Uzbekistan" in Tashkent, reported the press-centre of Trustbank.

In school training was attended by all members of the retail areas, who came from all the regional and urban branches. Since Training-school was opened by Chairman of the Board  POJSEB "Trustbank" - Khadzhizadaev Sherzod Rafatovich. In his presentation, he noted that its retail bank in the last year has taken a new impetus in its development, after approval in March 2011, "Retail Strategy", which allowed to advance and promote the new logo of the bank, proposed in late 2010, the bank's management.

In the first half of school-training, the participants heard reports of Directors of the Department of monetary operations and cash - Zukurov A.A. and retail business Rasulov A.V., who spoke about the results and prospects of development of business cards, as well as services to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses in the mini-banks in the coming years.
Also, presentations were made by the Heads of the retail business and a mini-banks to expand the retail business in the banking market, perespektiv their development in different regions, as well as the goals and objectives for 2012-2014.

In the second half of school-training were carried out training and competitions, a quiz on identifying savvy staff and their behavior in various situations that arise when working with clients.

As a result of school-training active participants were awarded certificates and incentive prizes.
