OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2012. Today, Baku has hosted the third annual report conference on the State Program of Socio-Economic Development of Regions of Azerbaijan in 2009-13.

The participants of the event presided by President Ilham Aliyev noted the progress in Program realization.

Reports at the conference were delivered by Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev, Ganja Mayor Elmar Veliyev, chairman of board of Atena dairy plant Elshad Rasulov, etc.
