Factors exerting a positive influence on the rating Kubanenergo are the high level of respect for the rights of shareholders, the high level of activity of executive bodies, as well as the high level of control over the financial and economic activities of the company.

Among the factors that limit the level of rating agency analysts were classified as moderately low level of respect for the rights of shareholders to receive dividends, the acceptable level of organization and activities of the Board of Directors, as well as a moderately low level of organization of corporate and social responsibility.
