OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2012. Subsidiary Bank Punjab National Bank - Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copies of registered changes to its shares issue prospectus and securities issue government registration certificate of February 6, 2012, which replaces the earlier issued certificate, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to documents:

- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of (FSC NBK) registered changes to the Bank shares issue prospectus;

- the certificate has been replaced due to the increase of the Bank authorized shares number;

- the total number of the Bank shares is 15,000,000 common shares KZ1C37560014;

- the issue has been included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А3756;

- as of April 10, 2011, 5,500,000 common shares of the bank have been offered, its authorized capital is formed in the size of KZT5,500,000,000.
