OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2012. The development of domestic production of housing and communal sector lies in the fact that, especially, in energy efficiency, and besides industry has already reached some progress in water supply, emphasized the Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Anatoliy Blyznyuk. He announced it during his speech at a session of the Government.

"Compared to 2005, domestic companies of water supply have reduced consumption of electricity per year nearly by one and a half times. The Ministry of Regional Development has a clear action plan for implementation of the governmental Programme of domestic production. We understand that we need to build, reconstruct and repair life-support system. But we should not import the pipes and have to develop domestic production and do it by own forces. To do this, we have all the necessary technological and resource potential," said Anatoliy Blyznyuk.

He said the production of housing and communal services - a significant portion of development of domestic production in the country. Therefore, one of the key public issues is to provide the population of the country with these services at the modern level and with minimal power inputs.
