OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2012. The Chairman of the State Tax Service Oleksandr Klymenko by his order has approved requirements for the service centres on service of taxpayers and standards of service quality.

Recall that by the end of this year, such centres will be opened at every tax office in the country.
According to the order, all service establishments of tax service should have in its structure three required sections – section receiving and issuing of certificates and permits, section receiving reports and mail and taxpayers servicing section.

In addition, all service centres will be equipped with waiting rooms that included Wi-Fi and plasma screens, on which there will be broadcast important information to taxpayers.

For the convenience of taxpayers there will place payment terminals where it is possible at once to pay taxes and other obligatory payments, etc.
