Elena Rozanova, Head of Risk Management Practice, Energy Consulting, presented her report there "How to break the bank: Fraud at the top-management level".

In her speech Elena gave examples of fraud performed by bank’s top-managers in the past-year Russian practice, analyzed its consequences on the banking sector, including credit, legal and reputational risks, and touched as well on such crucial issues of operational risk management as abilities for preventing of such kind of delinquency.
