OREANDA-NEWS. AS SEB Varahaldus announces that on 1 March, the changed terms of the following investment funds will take effect:

SEB Ida-Euroopa Volakirjafond

SEB Kasvufond

SEB Geneerilise Farmaatsia Fond

On 8 December 2011, the supervisory board of SEB Varahaldus decided to change the terms of SEB Growth Fund, SEB Generic Pharmacy Fund and SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund with the aim of implementing key information documents instead of simplified prospectuses with regard to said funds. The key information document presents the data about the fund, which are required for making a justified investment decision, reported the press-centre of SEB.

The change will not be registered in the Financial Supervision Authority as it proceeds from the Investment Funds Act, according to which, by 1 July 2012 at the latest, the key information document must be implemented in place of a simplified prospectus in case of UCITS.

In the terms, references to a simplified prospectus will be replaced with references to key information documents. No other changes will be made in the terms.

The Financial Supervision Authority was informed of the changes in the terms on 15 February 2012.

The changed terms can be examined on the website of SEB at www.seb.ee/fondid and at SEB branches across Estonia. Unit holders have the right to request clarifications regarding the relevance of the changes in the terms.

Additional information about the changes in the terms is available by contacting SEB Client Support at the number 665 5100 or at the e-mail address fondid@seb.ee.
