Kreditprombank Defined Best Managers
OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2012. Kreditprombank completed the competition “The Best Manager of PJSC Kreditprombank in 2011”. Its purpose was to define the level of professional skills, practical experience, rewarding of the best specialists and increase of prestige of the profession of front-office manager. Employees of the bank working directly with retail customers and small and medium size business customers took part in the competition, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.
5 finalists – retail business managers from each branch who won in the 1 tour of competition - took part in final competition. The task of each participant was to pass the product knowledge test, make presentation for customer audience on one of the products for retail customers and to perform a creative assignment.
By results of final competition, leading economist of retail business unit of Chernihiv Outlet of Kyiv Regional Department Natalia Yerchenko became a winner. Second place was occupied by senior economist of retail business group of Mariupol outlet of Donbass branch Polina Grabko, the third – by senior economist of Central outlet of Kherson Branch Ihor Boichuk.
Additionally, the best manager of small business was defined. That was the head of express servicing group of small business unit of Kherson branch Natalia Melnik.
All finalists were rewarded with certificates of honour and figurines, and winners of the competition received additionally a money reward.
