FBK Makes Report on Problems of Short-Term Business Education
OREANDA-NEWS. February 27, 2012. Within annual exhibition “Economic and Business Education” a joint round table of Russian Association of Business Education and Russian Managers Association was held, reported the press-centre of FBK.
Moderator of the round table and General Director of FBK Economic and Law School, Sergey Pyatenko delivered there a report on “Problems and Prospects of Short-Term Business Education”.
The attendees discussed the principal differences between short-term professional training programs and MBA, including peculiarities of marketing, taxation, pricing, organization and orientation of short-term programs. “Apparently Russian-language international qualifications supported by reputable international organizations (e.g. DipIFR, CIA, IAB) will continue competing with MBA programs in certain market sectors”, Sergey Pyatenko emphasized.
The round-table drew up considerable interest of representatives of business community.
