OREANDA-NEWS. February 24, 2012. The rating agency Expert RA has changed the rating outlook leasing company TransFin-M (LLC) with a Stable to Positive. The BFSR is unchanged at B++ acceptable level of financial stability.

The outlook revision is associated with an increase in authorized capital and the growth of the Company's business. Over three quarters of 2011 the Company's assets have grown by 2.2 times, the share capital in 2011 was increased by 60 million rubles.

The index of the leasing portfolio in the first 9 months. 2011 LLC TransFin-M corresponds to the 6th place in the ranking of the largest leasing companies in the Russian version of Expert RA.
