"Kyivstar" is continuously expanding the geography of its broadband Internet access network. Thus, some time ago the construction of optical fiber lines on the basis of the FTTB technology was completed in the city of Krasnyi Luch of Luhansk Oblast and Teplodar of Odesa Oblast.

At Krasnyi Luch 43 residential multi-storied houses with more than 4,500 families residing there were connected to optical fiber communication lines. The residents of houses in the Third Residential Estate of the city as well as the residents of the

can take advantage of high speed Internet from Kyivstar. At Teplodar 41 multi-storied houses with 4,300 households in the Enerhetykiv, Henerala Pliiva, Pionerska, Komunalna and Poliova Steets were connected to the network.

The operator is offering unlimited rate plans to the "Home Internet" customers from 55.00 UAH a month, depending on the chosen access speed. The Internet users get a benefit: bonus funds in the amount of the paid user’s fee, which they can use for paying the Kyivstar and DJUICE mobile communications services.

Subscribers have an opportunity to take advantage of the special "Router" service: to purchase a Wi-Fi router network appliance for just 1.00 UAH and get a discount on a monthly Internet user’s fee in the amount of 20.00 UAH during the next 10 months. This will make it possible to have a convenient access to the World Wide Net by connecting to it from any place in the room. The connection fee of the "Router" service, including the price of the router, is 200.00 UAH with VAT.

Also, for "Home Internet" service customers there is a Partnership Program of loyalty, under which the users have a possibility of changing the obtained bonuses for a discount at the partner stores. Now the Kyivstar partner in this program is the Foxtrot electronics store network.

Krasnyi Luch was founded in the end of the 19th century as a miners’ settlement. According to a historical legend the city gained its name when miners went out of the mine some morning and saw an unusual daybreak, with "red sun rays". Krasnyi Luch is the largest coal mining center in Luhansk Oblast. Its population amounts to 96,200 people.

Teplodar is a young city founded in 1981 for builders of the Odesa Nuclear Power Plant. Its population is about 12,000 people.

Altogether, the Kyivstar broadband Internet network is operating already in 133 cities. More than 42,000 multi-storied houses with 4.5 million families are connected to optical fiber communication lines.

Kyivstar is developing its optical fiber network on the basis of the FTTB technology to provide up-to-date high speed Internet to as many cities and settlements of Ukraine as possible.
