OREANDA-NEWS.  February 22, 2012. Anhui Provincial Government signed framework agreement with State Development & Investment Company at Hefei Daoxianglou Hotel on the afternoon of February 21. Governor Li Bin and Wang Huisheng, chairman of the board of SDIC attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Zhan Xialai, the standing member of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and Executive Governor, presided over the ceremony.

Li said in the speech that SDIC is an important partner of Anhui and both sides have launched sound cooperation in coal, new material, medicine and electricity. The framework agreement signed this time is another development result achieved through deepening cooperation with state-owned enterprises. Li added that Anhui will seriously implement the agreement and positively support the development of SDIC in Anhui in a bid to advance the cooperation in higher level and broader fields.

Wang Jinsheng said Anhui developed fast in recent years and environment of development is increasingly improved. Wang said that the project invested by SDIC has achieved sound social and economic benefits. Wang added that with the implementation of new round of development plan, Anhui has been positioned as key investment region and SDIC will advance the transfer of quality resources to Anhui in an attempt to contribute to Anhui's rise.
