internal communication is more critical than ever. At Tata Power Delhi Distribution, our thrust has been on two-way communication channels which include unique ways of disseminating clear, factual and timely information with an in-built mechanism to capture employee feedback. These three leading industry recognitions in FY 2012-11 speak volumes about our efforts and will encourage us to adopt innovative means to further strengthen the effectiveness of our existing communication channels.
