SORAINEN Latvia assisted Russian entrepreneur Andrey Beskhmelnitskiy in acquisition of majority shares in Rigas piena kombinats, the largest milk-processing enterprise in Latvia and one of the leading industrial enterprises in the Baltics, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

Andrey Beskhmelnitskiy, who has successfully operated in the milk processing business in Russia and CIS countries as well as in international markets, intends to act as a financial investor in Rigas piena kombinats. SORAINEN Latvia performed legal and tax due diligence and assisted the client throughout the whole share acquisition process by participating in negotiations, drafting transaction documents and closing the transaction.
