OREANDA-NEWS.  February 21, 2012. Bakcell, the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan, is expanding cooperation with electronic payment systems and banks.

Company’s commercial director Krassimir Genov says that they intend to continue this year expanding collaboration with processing center Azericard and payment system Golden Pay, as well as the financial sector.

"We’ll widen cooperation with e-payment systems and banks in order to ensure the possibility for our subscribers to carry out banking and payment transactions, payment of utilities and other services through cell phones," he emphasized.
