OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2012. Trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Ukraine made up US5.9 million in 2011, of which US0 million fell to share of Uzbekistan’s exports and US5.9 million to imports.

Main export items of Uzbekistan were gas family and oil products (20%), cotton-fibre (18.9%), automobiles (17.6%), nuts (13.1%), non-ferrous metals and products from them (8.9%), fertilizers (7.3%), services (transport, communication, 7%), stockinet (1.9%), plastic and goods from it (1.2%) and others.

Uzbekistan mainly imported equipment (26.9%), ferrous metals and products from them (15.2%), fats and oils of animals (12.7%), automobiles (12.2%), pharmaceutical products (8.3%), paper and cardboards (4%), timber and timber goods (2.2%), tanning or painting products (2.1%), products from non- precious metals (1.5%), services (transport, communication, 1.5%) and others.
