OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2012. The Kurgan branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has concluded 25 agreements on insurance of civil liability of hazardous industrial facilities' owners for damage resulting from accidents at hazardous facilities in accordance with Federal Law No. 225 as of 27.07.2010, which came into legal force from January 1, 2012.

The agreements have been concluded with AK Corvet OAO, Uyut OOO, Ulyss OOO, UNIMILK COMPANY OAO. The total sum insured for all the concluded agreements amounts to 510 mln rubles.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company received the license for carrying out this activity on December 15, 2011 in accordance with the resolution of the Federal Financial Markets Service. The ground for this license issue was 13-year experience of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in the field of civil liability insurance of organizations operating hazardous industrial facilities in accordance with the current legislation, and membership of the company in the National Union of Liability Insurers.
