Customers Highly Appreciated Level of Services in Kreditprombank
OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2012. Kreditprombank entered top five of the best financial institutions of Ukraine by level and quality of customer services in 2011. It is shown by the results of the "People’s Rating" — survey of public opinion carried out by web-portal Banki.ua, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.
Rating of banks is calculated by number of positive and negative comments of visitors of this portal. Since "People’s rating" was established in September, 2011, some hundreds of visitors have shared their opinions on work of banks.
"The customer is the main value of the bank. The personal approach to each customer and attention to his\her individual financial requirements is the basis of our policy. We forecast the expectations and regularly analyze the customer needs in order to optimize the set of the services we provide", - notes Alla Shulha, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board, Kreditprombank. – "We thank all customers who left their comments about our bank. Your attention will help us to make the work of the bank more well-coordinated and high-quality and the service – more comfortable".
