OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2012. In December 2011 and January 2012, Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company settled a range of claims on corporate property. Total indemnities amounted to UAH 237,892. Two biggest indemnities of this period by the company equaled to UAH 139,411 and 59,364.

As a result of a fire in Zhytomyr Region, a loader truck insured with Allianz Ukraine burnt away. The loss event was caused by a short circuit, which occurred in the course of the loader truck's operation within the territory of the warehouse. Pursuant to the voluntary mobile machinery insurance agreement, the insured was indemnified in the amount of UAH 139,411. The insurance coverage included the following risks: natural disaster, fire, accident, illegal third party actions.

Another loss event occurred in Kharkiv. As a result of a pipe break, a household appliance store was flooded. The insurance coverage under the stock insurance agreement included the following risks: natural disaster, damage by water, fire-related risks, robbery, burglary and shopbreak. The amount of indemnity paid out equaled to UAH 59,364.
