OREANDA-NEWS.  February 15, 2012. The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan transferred AZN 748,279 million to the State Budget.

The Ministry informs that 50.3% of them consist of profit tax, 26.3% of VAT, 7.7% of income tax, 4.5% of excise taxes, and 11.2% of other taxes.

"Revenues for January of the year on non-oil sector totaled AZN 359.05 million and exceeded the forecast of revenues for the reported period," the Taxes Ministry reported.

In January it was registered 5,105 taxpayers. From 1 July 2011 to 1 February 2012 e-state registration was passed by 12,382 individual entrepreneurs. As of 1 February 2012, only 425,038 taxpayers were registered.
