OREANDA-NEWS.  February 14, 2012.  "Zavolzhskiy motorny zavod" (a branch of SOLLERS group) in frames of annual "Complex program of costs decrease" got savings more than 96 Mln RUR for 2011.

Savings is achieved due to introduction of 123 organizational and technical actions into production directed on decrease of all types of costs. Also in such directions as power saving, transfer to alternative purchases complying to principle "price-quality", optimization of technological processes, use of more progressive tooling, decrease of costs for repair and maintenance of equipment, transfer of railway delivery to vehicle delivery.

Simultaneously work on decrease of costs included design actions directed on optimization of sizes and weight of the parts, use of alternative materials, progressive blanks and fixture elements and so on.
