Bank of Moscow Offers Pilot Project "Personal Office"
OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has begun offering a pilot project "Personal Office" at the Bank’s ATMs. At 12 offices of the Bank of Moscow an expanded list of operations has appeared at ATMs with a cash-in function allowing to perform various operations popular with the Bank’s clients.
The Personal Office at the Bank’s ATMs can be used by all the holders of the cards issued by the Bank of Moscow. The card and the PIN-code assure access to the client’s accounts and cards with the client having an opportunity to limit access to one’s products both at the time of the first transaction with the ATM and at any office of the Bank.
At the pilot terminals transfers can be effected between the client’s own accounts (from the client’s own account/card with the Bank to the client’s own accounts/cards with the Bank), and transfers to the third persons. The Bank’s terminals also allow to require a balance and an account /card account statement, and remotely connect to a number of services with no need to attend the Bank’s office.
"The new expanded list of operations will help us make a new step to updating not only our products and services but also the service ability of the Bank," said Vladimir Verkhoshinsky, Head of Retail Banking of the Bank of Moscow. "We are sure that our clients will appreciate the expanded list of operations of our self-service terminals".
