OREANDA-NEWS.  February 14, 2012. Total 4 billion yuan will be injected to manufacture base of Lucky Film Corporation in Hefei, Anhui's capital, in order to further expand production chain of thin film, according to a conference aims to promote collaboration with state-run enterprises.

The investment is funded by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASTC), which is also the parent company of Lucky Film Corporation. CASTC will also work with Hefei City in fields such as satellite communication, intelligent transportation, internet of things and aerospace new materials.

Wan Changqing, vice direction with Hefei Municipal Commission of Development and Reform introduced that there had been 163 projects inked since 2009 between the city and state-run enterprises, with total investment of 397.5 billion yuan, of which, 95 started construction, with in-place investment of 66.4 billion yuan.
