- Eligible Candidates:
  Personal users in regions covered by the Disaster Relief Act in response to recent snow (*1).
 
- Special Maintenance Service Details:
  Special maintenance services apply to designated personal NEC products that sustained repairable damage resulting from recent snow in Japan in locations covered by the Disaster Relief Act in response to the recent snow.
