OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2012. The specialists of Zarubezhneft took part in the International Exhibition and Conference of the 20th World Petroleum Congress in Qatar’s capital, Doha.

World Petroleum Congress is one of the largest oil forums in the world. This year about 500 companies from 25 countries of the world took part in it.

Within the framework of the Congress an exhibition was working, at which an exposition of Zarubezhneft was presented.

Zarubezhneft’s stand was visited by the representatives of the largest companies of the Persian Gulf, including the member of the royal family of Saudi Arabia, the President of the company Majed Al-Arji Group Mr. Majed Al-Arji, the specialists of the European and Russian companies producing and supplying equipment and providing services in the area of the fields exploration and development, officers of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Qatar, as well as the representatives of the partner companies of Zarubezhneft – National Oil & Gas Group Petrovietnam (Vietnam) and Cubapetroleo (CUPET) (Cuba).

In the course of the exhibition’s work, Zarubezhneft’s specialists received a number of proposals on cooperation in the area of oil fields development.
