OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2012. IBA received a reference from KAMAKO, a Belarusian sauce producer, on implementation and support of the automated management system based on 1C:Enterprise 8, reported the press-centre of IBA.

Since 2006, IBA has implemented the automated management system using the software IBA: Commercial Enterprise Management and MS SQL as a database server with terminal access mode.

To date, the automated management system KAMAKO is in commercial operation and IBA provides its maintenance. The computer network of the company connects administrative departments and geographically distributed wholesale warehouses. The system automates the following company’s business processes:

Management of sales and procurement, warehouse management

Pricing management

Quality management

Transportation management

HR management, payroll

Accounting

Integration with software for mobile devices.

In her letter, Yulia Belko, KAMAKO Chief Accountant, says: “As a result of the system implementation, more than 50 workplaces were automated. In addition, the newly-developed software allows for integration of the accounting system with the Agent+ software for versions 1.5 and 2.0 running on Windows mobile and Android mobile devices. At present, the information from five mobile devices flows together to the database of the accounting system. Our company appreciates cooperation with IBA.”
