OREANDA-NEWS. February 13, 2012. Pursuant to the order of the management of OJSC IC Allianz (ROSNO trademark), Ms. Yulia Danilova has been appointed head of the Allianz Eurasia Business Services branch. Mr. Ariel Gorelik, who headed the Operating Centre since 2010, now will be in charge for administration of policies, termination of contracts and management of receivables in the parent company, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Yulia was born in Vladimir. In 2003, she graduated with honors from the Foreign Languages Department of the Vladimir State University, majoring in English and German languages. In 2007, she completed professional development courses in communication management in the Higher School of Economics. Ms. Danilova started her professional career while still being a student, working as correspondent at Vladimir, the state TV and radio broadcasting company. From 2005 to 2008, she served as press secretary of the Vladimir branch of OJSC CentreTelecom. Yulia was admitted to ROSNO in April 2008 to the translator position. In October 2008, she moved to the Operational Architecture and Transformation Department, where in two years she advanced from a business analyst position to the project manager function. During her work at the Department, Ms. Danilova, working in duo with her functional superior, successfully implemented the OTE (operational transformation and improvement) project focused on centralization and transfer of the company’s operations to its single centre in Voronezh. Since July 2011, Yulia has been actively participating in the large-scale Integration project.

In her new position, Ms. Yulia Danilova will be in charge for the following targets and objectives: further development of the Operating Centre together with her functional superiors and the company’s CEO — supervision of the transfer of new functions to Voronezh; development and implementation of business process optimization measures, ensuring stable operating platform for the united company.

Mr. Hakan Danielsson, President of OJSC IC Allianz, commenting on the appointment of Ms. Yulia Danilova, noted: "Allianz Eurasia Business Services is a strategically important and dynamically developing division of the company, and the provision of its stable and problem-free operation during the transitional integration period is the key objective of the new director. I am confident that Ms. Danilova, who actively participated in implementation of many projects related to operating activities, and who knows perfectly well the specifics of the Operating Centre’s work, will successfully cope with her new functions aimed at improving performance of Allianz Eurasia Business Services".

The Allianz Eurasia Business Services Operating Centre was opened in Voronezh in 2009. Presently, the OC employs 250 people. Allianz Eurasia Business Services performs the following functions: administration of contracts, loss settlement, servicing clients by phone in motor and medical insurance, certain financial transactions (treasury, processing payment receipts, managing receivables). In 2011, the Operating Centre processed 1,612,856 calls with the average response speed of 10 seconds; settled 70 thousand of MOD losses, 39 thousand of OMTPL losses, 47 thousand of directly settled losses; issued over 13 thousand of subrogation claims and over 25 thousand applications for payment to medical institutions; entered over 1 million contracts to its database.
