OREANDA-NEWS.  February 10, 2012. Azerbaijan, which has almost fulfilled regulation of European Social  Charter that size of pension should not be lower than 40% of average salary in the country is not going to stop at the achieved situation.

Today in Baku Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Social Policy Hadi Rajabli reported that at present target has been set to bring the size of pension ratio to average salary up to 40%, and in prospect- up to 60%.

" This issue relates to long-term prospect and work in this direction is already underway ",- H. Rajabli said.

In his words , the country government has to solve the issue of transfer reduction  to State Social Protection Fund budget in short term prospect  and drawing of presently uninsured people to social insurance.
