In 2012 the state enterprise “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” continues its equipment delivery for “Zapolyarnaya” separator pump unit, which is situated at the petroleum condensed fluid field of the same name at Yamal-Nenets autonomous district. At present the enterprise has shipped 12 engines DF90 of 16MW power. Five of them were already put into operation.

This station is the eighteenth one and the northernmost in Gazprom-Transgaz-Surgut Company. It is situated at the permafrost zone. In the whole, in three compressor station workshops 19 engines produced by “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” will work. “Zapolyarnaya” station if of high strategic importance. The station should keep service pressure in the Zapolyarnoye-Urengoy gas main system for it to be able 130 billion cubic meters of gas a year dispensing.
