OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2012. Those organizations that are willing to participate in the tender shall submit tender applications to ARARATBANK OJSC (Hereinafter the Bank) in compliance with the requirements of public notification on tender. Tender applications include the following information and documents, reported the press-centre of AtaBank:

a/ Participant’s name, residency, phone numbers and the copy of the state registration certificate,

b/ Description of equipment and/or software and delivery period,

c/ Number of similar services delivered during the previous year. Specify customers and attach copies of agreements,

d/ Other necessary information and documents certifying the quality of goods and services delivered (at the discretion of the participant),

e/ Document certifying the payment of the participation fee.

Tender applications shall be submitted in the glued, sealed and signed envelope. Documents to be submitted in the envelope shall be comprised of the original and one copy of the document with relevant marking on them: “Original” and “Copy”. Venue/address/ of the tender application to be submitted, mentioned in the public notification on tender, and the following note "not to be opened before the tender- opening session” shall be written on the envelope. Participants shall pay participation fee in the amount of AMD 5,000 (five thousand) to the Bank’s cash desk or shall transfer the mentioned amount to the Bank account 103002101519 before submission of tender applications. The fee is not refundable irrespective of the tender process outcome except for the case of tender cancellation.

The participants may change or withdraw applications before the deadline. Any changes introduced into the application shall be submitted in the glued, sealed and signed envelope adding the following word on the envelope: “Changes” An agreement shall be signed between the Bank and selected participant(s) within 15 business days after the minutes on tender results have been taken. Moreover, the Bank shall propose the winner to sign the agreement within 10 business days after the minutes on tender results have been taken.
More than one organization may be announced winner taking into account the product range to be supplied and other circumstances.

Those organizations that are willing to participate in the tender are free to submit tender applications to the head office located at 19 Pushkin St., Yerevan.

Tender applications may be either handed in person on working days from 09?00 till 16?00 or sent through registered mail. Deadline for submitting tender applications is February 14, 2012, till 16:00. Relevant agreement will be signed with а person(s) recognized as winner. List of required documents and the order of winner selection is set forth by the “Procedure of acquisition and accounting of fixed assets, intangible assets and services.”

No codes shall be applied at the tender.

Tender applications shall be opened on February 15, 2012 at 18:00 and applications shall be summed up on February 17, 2012 at 18:00.

You can get acquainted with the “Procedure of acquisition and accounting of fixed assets, intangible assets and services” and get copies at the Bank’s head office every working day from 09:00 till 16:00. Participation fee is AMD 5,000 (five thousand) and shall be paid cash to the Bank’s cash desk or transferred to the Bank account 103002101519.
