OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2012. Sales of "Minsk-City" commercial real estate have been started. Office premises are offered in the Complex first Business Center to be commissioned in April 2012, reported the press-centre of ITERA.

"Minsk-City" first Business Center is a class "B" 8-storey building located to the south of downtown in Ulitsa Aerodromnaya – one of Minsk arterial highways, a part of the Second Ring Road. It is right next to public transportation stops and a railway station, as well as Minsk third line metro station to be built in the future.

The office premises usable floor area is 2 500 m2, and the Business Center total area is 4 120 m2. The project infrastructure includes a fitness center to be located on the ground floor of the building and a parking lot on the adjoining area. The office premises to be sold occupy floors from 1 to 8 and are of the following floor area: 36 m2, 46 m2, 160 m2, 300 m2, 350 m2. All the premises to be sold have had final finishing.

Vladimir Aleksandrovich, Head of ITERA Group development projects in Belorussia, said: "Now we are completing reconstruction of the first Business Center. Earlier this year, we have started construction of the second phase, including laying a foundation of a new three-section house, which is underway. Meanwhile, we are waiting for the State Committee’s decision in respect of four residential houses and hope to commission them by March".
