OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2012. JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) has received a notification that the holding of PMTL Holding Limited (“PMTL”) in the Company has increased from 359,068,399 ordinary shares, representing approximately 89.91% of the total share capital of the Company, to 394,161,713 ordinary shares, representing approximately 98.69% of the total share capital of the Company, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.

According to the notification, the above change and PMTL’s increase in the Company’s share capital have occurred under the mandatory tender offer from PMTL made on November 23, 2011.
