OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2012. The State Property Fund of Ukraine by its order dated 27.01.2012 № 145 has approved the Time Schedule of offer for sale of gas distributing and gas supplying companies in 2012.

According to the Time Schedule, sales of these companies should begin in May, 2012. Total sales shall be 48 blocks of shares from 1% to 26% of the share capital.

At present it is ongoing process of transferring shares of gas companies to the State Property Fund, it has been already completed the transfer of shares of 18 companies.
