OREANDA-NEWS. February 8, 2012. The working meeting of the Delegation of Russian FCS, preceded by the Head of Customs Service of Russia Mr. Andrey Belyaninov, with the Delegation of the Customs Service before the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova took place on 18-20 January in Kishinev (Republic of Moldova). The Moldavian Delegation was led by the General Director of the Customs Service of Moldova Mr. Tudor Balicki.

The details of Russian-Moldavian customs collaboration were discussed during the meeting. The decision was taken to prepare the ratification of the Draft Agreement about transferring of horticultural products, further data sharing of the mutual trade customs statistics, as well as holding of the meeting of experts of the Customs Services of both countries for comparative analysis of the mutual trade customs statistics in 2011. The colleagues also agreed to start the experiment from 1st of March 2012 for sharing of preliminary information about goods and transport, passing across the borders of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova.

Concluding the meeting, the Heads of the Customs Services signed the Mutual Assertion of collaboration in the domain of customs, as well as the Plan of mutual actions in the sphere of law enforcement for years 2012-2014.
