OREANDA-NEWS. February 08, 2012. The State Property Fund of Ukraine held the tender for selling 45% of PJSC "Chernivtsi regional energy company". The Lugansk Energy Association LLC and the Energy International Ukraine LLC took part at the competition.

The winner is the Energy International Ukraine LLC, which as a result of tender offered for stock of shares of PJSC "Chernivtsi regional energy company" 70 million UAH. At the tender was made 7 steps.

The initial value of the stock of shares, announced in the announcement of the competition was 65 million UAH.
