OREANDA-NEWS. February 08, 2012. Carrying all-over energy audit of energy industry companies will help to stop the unjustified increase of utility rates in Ukraine. 

This was started by PM during a meeting with civil society groups dealing with energy efficiency.

"You know, if boilers are old, they are energy cost-based. But on what basis we have increasing of volumes of used fuel each year, which is disproportionate to production and which is disproportionate to cost? So it is very important to determine the accuracy of calculations. We should stop the continuous growth rates" - Mykola Azarov believes.
