OREANDA-NEWS. As from the 1st of March 2012 the amended version of Danske Bank A/S Estonia branch terms and conditions of the agreement on provision of services related to a securities account and securities will take effect, reported the press-centre of Danske Bank.

As from the 1st of March 2012 Danske Bank A/S Estonia branch terms and conditions of the agreement on provision of services related to a securities account and securities (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) will be amended.

Clause 7.1. (ix) of the Terms and Conditions has been replaced with clause 2.21., as the regulation on securities financing transactions with the securities of the Client has been specified.

If Sampo Pank’s customer disagrees with the amended Terms and Conditions, he/she has the right to cancel the above mentioned agreement in one of Sampo Pank’s branch offices not later than on the 29th of February 2012. If the customer has not cancelled the agreement by the above deadline, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the new version of the Terms and Conditions.
