OREANDA-NEWS. February 08, 2012. Since January the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) launched an updated version of “MobilBank” service. According to 1news.az referring to press-release of IBA, unlike old version each mobile operator subscribers can take an advantage of this service, reported the press-centre of IBA.

Furthermore, to load dedicated software into customer’s phone there is no need to change SIM-card – downloading the appropriate program from Internet is enough (www.azericard.com/mb/iba.jad or www.azericard.com/mb/bis/iba.jad for Blackberry).

To identify a customer it is required to print out a special bill with serial number and passwords from any of Bank’s ATM. “MobilBank” service enables a customer to lock his bank card online directly from the mobile phone in case of loss or theft irrespective of location.

Besides, he can get an information regarding balance of account and statement of account, make payments for various services (electricity, Internet, phone, TV), transfer money from one card account to another one (CardTransfer), and check balance of bonuses credited to card. According to the Bank’s press-service, in the near future they intend to continue extending a range of opportunities not only of this service, but also electronic banking services as a whole.
