Terms & Conditions of SEB Pension Plan to Change
OREANDA-NEWS. On 1 March 2012, the amended terms and conditions of the SEB Pension Plan contract will enter into force. We amended the terms and conditions in order to explain to the customers the contents of SEB Pension Plan service more clearly and briefly and in a more detailed manner, reported the press-centre of SEB.
What are the main changes in the terms and conditions of SEB Pension Plan?
We specified the scope of the service – on the basis of SEB Pension Plan, SEB shall regularly notify the customer of a need to review the pension objectives.
We harmonised the rules for notification of customers with the notification rules set out in the general terms and conditions of SEB Pank.
We amended the clauses concerning cancellation of the contract.
The amendments to the terms and conditions do not require any extra activity from the customers. You may familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions at SEB bank offices and on website www.seb.ee/en/terms-and-conditions.
