OREANDA-NEWS. February 6, 2012. Ural Airlines start a direct international flight from Irkutsk Airport to Guangzhou.  Flights will be operated weekly on Sundays starting 1 April.  The lowest fare for this destination will be 299 euro (round trip)*.

The direct flight to one of China’s most important trading cities will make it possible to strengthen the existing economic and cultural relations between the region of Siberia and the Celestial Empire.  Luckily, the introduction of the flight coincides with the opening of the Canton Fair, the traditional exhibition venue for industrial exports from all over China.  This is currently the third largest trade fair in the world in terms of the volume of transactions closed.
