At the end of 2011, Sviaz-Bank was named among the five biggest lead managers of internal bond issues in the corporate sector in both the value of issues (fifth rank) and the number of issues (fourth rank), and showed high growth rates in the value of issues and market share, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The rankings were published by Kommersant newspaper on the basis of Cbonds’ data.
In 2011, the Bank kept up entrenching itself on the investment banking services market – the total amount of issues in which Sviaz-Bank had a part reached 44.1 billion rubles, or a 168% growth from the year before, with 27 issues to its credit. As a result, the Bank raised its own share in the market for internal bond issues in the corporate sector to 4.7% and forged ahead of other major market participants such as Citibank, Renaissance Capital, Uralsib Financial Company, Rosbank, and Alfa-Bank, among others.

Sviaz-Bank is sixth in the rankings of lead managers of all issues.
In 2011, Sviaz-Bank was involved in managing and offering bond issues from Vnesheconombank, the Russian Agricultural Bank OJSC, FSUE Post of Russia, the Akron Group, Mechel OJSC, the Magnitogorsk Steel Plant OJSC, EurasHolding Finance LLC, RusHydro OJSC, Kuzbassenergo-Finance LLC, KOKS OJSC, TransFin-M LLC, Zarechnaya Coal Company, LLC, and the Ufa Municipal District, among others. In late December, Sviaz-Bank carried out a successful offering of its own Series 03 bond issue to raise 5 billion rubles.
