OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2012. One of the main tasks of the Land reform is separation of the lands of state and communal property – the head of the State Land Agency of Ukraine Sergiy Tymchenko said this at the press conference.

According to him experts of the land department together with deputies developed a new approach to separation. Therefore, this procedure is much simpler and faster, and most importantly does not require additional budget costs. Previous methods included 2.5 billion UAH and could take many years.

At the end of 2011 land settlements were taken stock at 63.8%, non-agricultural land outside the settlements - 76%, agricultural land of state ownership - 100% without removal in nature.
