OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2012. Despite the negative trends in the global economy, the Government manages to create a favorable climate for business in Ukraine. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this at a session of the Cabinet.

According to him, there are still a lot of problems.

"I emphasize that this (to stimulate business) is very difficult in today's conditions, when an unprecedented crisis is apparently deploying in Europe. The colossal debt problems in the European Union are forcing us to rely only on own. Therefore, we reduce taxes, when all neighbors increase. So we raise the incomes of people, when European countries reduce social expenditures. Therefore, we support every initiative to produce Ukrainian goods and create jobs in Ukraine" - Mykola Azarov said.

As the Prime Minister said, people need such work to earn more and spend money on the purchase of inexpensive but high quality domestic goods, invest it in housing, education, health and recreation.

"Of course, we have many problems in practice. But, overcoming resistance and incompetence of officials, corruption and irresponsibility, we are firmly on our way to the intended purpose: to give businesses maximum economic freedom and maximum protection of those who work honestly"- the Prime Minister said.
