OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2012. FBK signed an agreement with a new client JSC E. ON Russia (OGK-4 before 2011). Under this agreement consultants from FBK accounting advisory department will provide services to the company on the development of in-house methodological manuals with a view to standardize approaches and methods of showing business transactions in the records of enforcement documents, reported the press-centre of FBK.

JSC E. ON Russia was established in 2005 on the basis of five electric power stations – Surgutskaya GRES-2, Berezovskaya, Shaturskaya, Smolenskaya and Yayvinskaya GRES.

Their aggregate capacity is 10 345 MW. The company’s major shareholder is E.On, a German concern.
