OREANDA-NEWS. February 2, 2012. GLOBEXBANK reorganization due to takeover of National Trade Bank was completed

A record concerning National Trade Bank liquidation in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities was made January 23, 2012.

As the result of reorganization earning assets of GLOBEXBANK increased to 183 bln. RUB. The Clients of GLOBEXBANK gained access to integrated service network in Moscow and 14 regions consisted of 83 offices and to the wide range of services and products of the universal bank.

As a successor GLOBEXBANK will fulfill all the obligations under the same terms. The Clients and Partners of National Trade Bank will resume cooperation under the contracts previously signed with it.
