OREANDA-NEWS. February 2, 2012. GLOBEXBANK executed exchange-listed BO-2 serial bond offer. Within the offer Commercial Bank GLOBEX bought 834 658 BO-2 serial bonds of the issue accounted to less than 17 % of the general issue.

All purchased exchange-listed BO-2 serial bonds in accordance with the offer were successfully underwritten on the secondary market.

International Rating Agencies assigned ratings to BO-2 serial bond issues. Fitch allotted them “BB” credit rating according to long term rating in national currency and “AA-(rus) on Russian scale, Standard&Poor’s – “BB” international scale long term credit rating in national currency and “ruAA” on Russian scale.

Exchange-listed BO-2 serial bonds were included into Lombard List of the Central Bank of Russian Federation.

Besides mentioned issues today exchange-listed bonds of BO-1, BO-3, BO-4, BO-5 and BO-6 series amounted to 15 bln. RUR are already traded.
