JSC "Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company" (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders took place where the following composition of the Board of Directors of JSC "Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company" (hereinafter - JSC "MREK") was elected, reported the press-centre of KASE:

1. Kairat Maksutov - deputy Chairman of Management Board of JSC "Samruk-Energo" for finance and economy;

2. Saltanat Shunaeva - Managing director for investments of JSC "Samruk-Energo";

3. Anuar Berlibaev - Chairman of Management Board of JSC "MREK";

4. Zhomart Kusherbaev - Chairman of Management Board of Consortium "Union Energy", independent director;

5. Aleksandr Skuibeda - technical director of LLP "Karenergo 05", independent director.
